General Summary:
Assist the Marketing Department with a variety of projects, including processing sponsorships, staffing events, website updates, and other administrative tasks. Work cohesively with team members and attorneys to ensure efficient support of projects and superior client service. The ideal candidate is a motivated, self-starter with superior organizational skills to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Hybrid Workplace: This position requires three days in the office. However, days in the office may change due to event staffing or special projects requirements. Greenberg Glusker’s office is located in Century City, in Los Angeles, California.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing assigned firm sponsorships, including communicating with external organizations, processing invoices, updating the tracking database and Marketing Calendar, submitting guest names, preparing advertisements, and/or shipping give-away items.
- Draft and post media coverage, firm announcements, press releases (e.g. awards, deal and litigation wins, other successes) and speaking engagements to the firm’s website.
- Maintain inventory on promotional items and process orders for new items.
- Prepare and distribute weekly internal e-newsletter.
- Reconcile Marketing Department credit card statement.
- Coordinate attorney photography sessions with the firm’s photographer.
- Support Marketing Department in staffing firm-hosted events.
- Handle assigned tasks related to new hire and departures.
- Respond to inquiries to the Marketing Department, including assigning tasks and responding in a timely manner.
- Additional duties as assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Internship or post-grad experience within a law firm or another professional services environment.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, including proofreading.
- Can quickly learn new technology (website, CRM, experience management).
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- An eye for graphic design and experience using Canva
- Must be efficient, accurate, timely, organized, meet deadlines, and have excellent analytical skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Team player and a positive attitude is a must.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.
- Must be able to travel within Los Angeles to staff events a few times a year.
